This course reviews the physiological and psychoacoustics "facts"
we know about hearing and auditory processing that represent the underpinings
of current computational models of hearing. A number of different computational
models of hearing will be examined and students will have hands-on experience
with the computational models of R. Patterson and R. Meddis, among others.
